маюсь долго и не могу никак решить вопрос с тем как открыть доступ суппортам в биллинг, в разделы заказов хостинга, серверов? по факту у них этих данных нет (кроме тех которые отображаются в шапке тикета), но часто бывает данные от туда им нужны для нормальной работы. реализовано ли это как-либо?

насчет локали - спасибо, попробуем проверить насчет сессии - проверил еще раз - не слетела. видимо что то на нашей стороне было.

также прикол - когда захожу на страницы вашего биллинга http://order.advanta.org/domen.php на своем слетает админская сессия.

Приветствую. заметили что последние версии биллинга удаляют "доменные имена" практически сразу после истекания срока действия - и клиент уже не может продлить заблокированный но доступны для продления домен. облазил все настройки и не могу найти где настраивать данную опцию. срок удаления\блокировки хостинг-аккаунтов - это не то)

А вместо области теперь пишет RU. затем romodos решил свою проблему так: У меня там немного не те поля надо было переставлять, но я подредактировал скрипт - запустил, теперь вроде все ок. подскажите скрипт который бы исправил проблему сразу, а не с "немного ручным редактированием другого скрипта-примера" благодарю

Обновились до беты3 - также белая страница при заказе доп услуг... в логах апача ничего связанного этим не написано. какие еще есть варианты? сами понимаете что это не нормально...

в общем решили вопрос так: изменили версию базы на 3.05 в таблице config удалили те таблицы которые скрипт обнолвения создал table1... table5 (или как-то так называются) и запустили скрипт повторно - вродь все прошло успешно со второй попытки.

Может дадите sql запрос за изменения базы - мы его выполним от рута..? а то поздно уже отказывать. уже прошло немало транзакций в билилнге.

Что делать?) повторно обновится никак, возвращать все обратно? сам биллинг визауально работает, но что возникнет в процессе эксплуатации не ясно..

сменили ветку cpanel на stable - по icq скрипт перестал уведомлять но в логах все равно что-то несусветное отображается. также прошу уточнить - шлет ли скрипт по каким-либо причинам команды на ребут сервера (именно команды через whm, а не тикет в ДЦ) ?

насчет 777.рф отписал в личку. не могу найти как активировать форму для получения punnycode для домена?

Случайно обнаружилось, что если клиент на странице доп услуг делает заказ и нажимает на кнопку оплатить - то ему откроется белая страница. index.php?mod=services&go=order#theform если при этом вернуться назад то услуга будет висеть в списке как не оплаченная. тоесть проблема где то в момент формирования страницы оплаты доп услуг......... как сдесь можно поступить.. есть ли возможность залоггировать ошибку которую выдает эта старица?

у нас тоже из США до наунета не достучаться - регистрируем пока врунчую.. проблема по трасерту где то на середине пути в UK

Проблема насчет РФ: биллинг пропускает к регистрации домены вида name.рф (латиница + .РФ) Когда исправите?

Изменить тариф доступно для DEDICATED аккаунтов - как убрать? Есть ли возможность заказывать на одном DEDICATED аккаунте несколько серверов? несколько доменов ведь можно.. Сейчас клиенты регистрируют по 3-5 аккаунтов для этого...
